Welcome to Casa Ladera
We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. The apartment has its own private entrance, so you can come and go as you please. If you need anything during your stay or would like local recommendations, we’re always happy to help—but otherwise we’ll simply let you enjoy your holiday.

The space is bright, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the open-plan living area, enjoy a good night’s sleep in the king-size bedroom with air conditioning, and refresh in the bathroom with its walk-in shower.
Your private terrace, our shared pool
Step outside to your own south-facing terrace — sunbeds, a charcoal BBQ, and space to dine outdoors with a view toward the sea & mountains. The garden and pool are shared with us (we live upstairs).
Note: the pool is 2 metres deep at one end and does not have a gate or lock — please supervise children at all times. There is 100 meters square of inside space + 80 meters square of terrace.
A golfer's home base
We love golf ourselves, so if you’re planning to play during your stay, just ask. As the people behind ParaparGolf, we can offer up to 50% off green fees at many nearby courses and are always happy to recommend where to play, whether you’re looking for a great challenge, stunning views, or a hidden gem. There are plenty of excellent courses within 20 minutes, and if you fancy a day away from the fairways, you’ll also find beautiful hiking trails nearby.
